A little about me

Hi, I’m Heviannah, a photographer based in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska. Originally from Colorado, I moved here when I was 18 and instantly fell in love with the Last Frontier.

I’m lucky to share life with my wonderful husband and our two fur babies. When summer rolls around, you’ll often find me fishing, camping, and soaking up the magic of the midnight sun. In winter, my absolute favorite thing is capturing the breathtaking Northern Lights with my camera.

My photography journey began when my husband surprised me with a camera to chase the auroras. I spent many cold nights learning how to master my camera under Alaska’s stunning night skies. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with not just Alaska’s natural beauty but also with telling the unique stories of the families and individuals I photograph.
